At MicoCrafts, we strive to provide high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. However, we understand that issues may arise during shipping. Please review our refund policy below:
Return Eligibility
We accept returns only for items that have quality issues or were damaged during transit. To be eligible for a return, please ensure:
- The item is in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us immediately upon receiving your package at hello@micocrafts.com and provide clear photos of the item showing the damage or defect. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for items due to personal preferences, change of mind, or similar reasons. Additionally, certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at hello@micocrafts.com.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@micocrafts.com.
